Job title: Admin Business Development Executive 

Reports to: Operational Manager  

Annual salary: £27,000  

Working hours per week: 37.5

Duties and skills required:

  • Develop promotions and marketing strategies to attract more clients.
  • Research potential new leads and opportunities.
  • Work as part of the team to help meet the expectations of the customers.
  • Interpret market research findings to identify trends and client demands.
  • Keep on top of administrative tasks.
  • Hold brief presentations for potential clients.
  • Build good relationships with potential clients.
  • Discuss possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price and services   offered at the Company.
  • Discuss marketing strategy methods, products or services and targets customer groups with managers in order to identify marketing requirements.
  • Establish an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology and prepare proposals outlining programs of work and details of costs.
  • Brief managers on customer requirements, monitor the progress of advertising  campaigns and liaises with managers on potential modifications.
  • Develop and maintain specialist knowledge in e-commerce.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing preferred. Other relevant qualifications considered depending on experience.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience required in a similar role in e-commerce. In-house training available.

Job title: Sales Executive

Weekly working hours: 37.5
The salary offered is £38,700
Job duties:

  • Discusses customer requirements and advises them on suitable cars for customer purchase including delivery details, product specifications and payment resolution.
  • Ensures there is customer satisfaction and obtain future sales. Maximise opportunities on car sales.
  • Work with customers professionally & ethically. Keep records and accounts of sales.
  • Effectively resolve customer disputes & complaints.
  • Assist in advertising campaigns and other promotional activities to maintain and increase vehicle sales.
  • Sets and implements sales targets.
  • Anticipate customer needs & propose the purchase of relevant vehicles to the director based on developments and competition on the market.
  • Keep updated on sales trends in market and suggest possible improvements to maximise sales.

Job requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications considered depending on experience.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role or relevant skills expected. On the job training available.

Job Title: Marketing executive

Job description:

  • To conduct market research to interpret and identify market trends and customer requirements.
  • Based on research, develop marketing strategies and promotions.
  • To discuss business methods with employer to target customer group and identify marketing requirements to maximise productivity.
  • Discuss and implement changes in marketing strategy of company including pricing and promotions to promote growth.
  • Develop digital marketing strategies with effective use of social media tools to promote vehicles available for sale.
  • Monitor progress of marketing and advertising campaign to ensure effectiveness.
  • Research potential new leads and opportunities to promote the company.
  • Work as part of the team to help meet client expectations.
